and eating habits. We analyze your goals and nutrition needs together. We will create a food diary, analyze your
current dietary intake, and then develop a plan that best meets your unique
needs.

I will help you learn how to eat right. My Scaling Down program will improve your eating
habits, give you the knowledge and tools that will provide more energy, promote
overall health, and help you stay fit for the long term.

Many individuals embark on a diet and then "fall off the wagon" when
eating out, resulting in frustration and anxiety. Scaling Down will equip you for these
situations. You will be amazed how many
choices you will have. You will learn how to look for warning signs on a menu,
and distinguish between healthy sounding and actual healthy foods.
Monitoring Results and Ongoing Support
Scaling Down is not built on a "quick fix" one-time session, leaving
you to fend for yourself afterward. Continual
monitoring will enable us to determine what is effective and what needs
adjustment. Since your body is unique, I
monitor how your body responds to the current plan, and modify as necessary.
